Study On The Co-agglomeration Between Productive Services And Manufacturing Industry In Guangdong Province

Although the producer services started late in China,after the reform and opening up,especially in recent years,with the strategy of "one belt along the road" and "China made 2025" strategy,the producer services has entered a stage of rapid development,and there has been a trend of convergence between producer services and manufacturing industry.During the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,Guangdong's producer services showed a steady upward trend as a whole,which became an important driving force for Guangdong's economic growth.At the same time,the development of manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province is facing challenges.As far as the reality of Guangdong Province is concerned,manufacturing industry is the old-brand pillar industry in Guangdong Province,and producer services is the main direction of industrial restructuring in Guangdong Province.The development of the two industries in Guangdong Province is no longer the agglomeration of individual industries,but the intersection of many industries presents the development trend of Industrial Synergy agglomeration.Collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing industry and producer services can solve the mismatch of industrial resources,guide the optimal allocation of industrial resources,and promote the transformation of industrial structure in Guangdong Province from single-driven manufacturing industry to double-wheel-driven manufacturing industry and producer services.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the current situation of collaborative agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province.What are the reasons for the agglomeration and decentralization of the distribution of producer services and manufacturing industries? Which industries in manufacturing industry and manufacturing service industry are more likely to promote the development of synergistic agglomeration? How to make use of this synergy to rationally distribute manufacturing and producer services in a limited space,so as to achieve coordinated industrial development? These are all important propositions that need to be solved urgently by the government nowadays.For this reason,this paper firstly analyses the development status and the overall structure of spatial agglomeration of the producer services and manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province.Secondly,it uses the input-output analysis table and the collaborative agglomeration index C(r)to analyze the industrial association degree(industrial perspective)and coordination of 95 industries of producer services and manufacturing industry subdivision.At last,it puts forward the framework of "industry-space" synergetic analysis,divides 95 synergistic cluster types of industrial combinations into six bounds,and identifies and analyses the matching relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry synergistic agglomeration based on industrial characteristics,in order to understand the unbalanced and uncoordinated development of producer services and manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province.The reasons for this are to explore a new perspective of observation,which will provide some theoretical support for the government to promote the scientific layout of industry and the rational division of labor.
