Research On The Impact Of Industrial Collaborative Agglomeration Of Productive Service Industry And Manufacturing Industry On China’s Manufacturing Export

China’s economic growth is mainly driven by the sustained development of industry,especially the rapid growth of manufacturing.The development of manufacturing industry has also made manufacturing export trade an important part of China’s foreign trade.In the international trade competition,the scale of China’s manufacturing export,for many years to maintain the world’s first.However,at present,as the trade pressure in the international environment facing China continues to rise,the main body of the domestic industrial system gradually shifts from low-end manufacturing to high-end manufacturing,and the development of the manufacturing industry is increasingly exposed to the problems of "big but not strong",which restricts the improvement of manufacturing export efficiency,so it is urgent to find a new driving force to stimulate the efficiency of manufacturing exports.In China’s A series of plans,including the Outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Longterm Goals for 2035,which aims to improve the level of collaborative agglomeration between productive service industries and manufacturing industries.It is based on the relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry,the depth of the two industries collaboration,by reducing the production cost and strengthen technological innovation,promote manufacturing efficiency.Therefore,quantifying the impact of the coordinated agglomeration of productive service industries and manufacturing industries on the export of manufacturing products can provide suggestions for industrial spatial layout planning and industrial collaborative structure,so as to promote manufacturing exports.This paper uses a fixed-effect model to study the impact of the coordinated agglomeration of productive service industry and manufacturing industry on manufacturing exports based on panel data from 30 provinces.By combing the relevant literature and related theories,the influence path of industrial collaborative agglomeration on the manufacturing industry is clarified,which lays a foundation for the next research.Using export trade data,Reviews the manufacturing export situation in 2008-2020,the employment data is used to calculate the collaborative agglomeration level of the producer services and manufacturing,the results show that the eastern region together two big industry agglomeration level in a leading level,the central and western regions together two big industry agglomeration level is low.Using panel data to empirically the producer services with manufacturing agglomeration effects on manufacturing exports,the results showed that the synergy of producer services and manufacturing industries in the overall level of manufacturing exports have significant positive effects;From the impact of co-agglomeration of each sub-industry and manufacturing industry on manufacturing export,we can see that the two transport,storage and postal services industries,and scientific research and technology services have a significantly negative impact on manufacturing export.Financial,leasing and business services are more effective in promoting manufacturing exports than the transfer of information,software,and IT services;From a regional perspective,Industry collaborative agglomeration effect on manufacturing exports do not exist significant regional heterogeneity,and the verification results of each region remain significantly promoted,but the impact of coordinated agglomeration of the two industries on manufacturing exports is strongest in the eastern region,indicating that the eastern region has more and more advanced productive service industries that have a stronger spillover effect and better industrial linkage effect.As a result,the affirmation of producer services with manufacturing agglomeration level on manufacturing exports,on the basis of the positive role,this paper believes that China should continue to promote industrial integration and support industrial linkage in industrial layout,and industrial policies in different regions should be adapted to local conditions,and the eastern region should deepen industrial synergy agglomeration in the industrial zone based on its good industrial foundation and ability to attract talents and capital,and the central and western regions need to improve the business environment and employment environment,attract productive service industry enterprises to gather and land,and improve the industrial chain to form a virtuous circle.
