Spatial Effect Analysis Of Synergistic Agglomeration Of High-tech Manufacturing Industry And Knowledge-intensive Producer Services In The Greater Bay Area

The construction of the Greater Bay Area has great strategic significance for the integration of Hong Kong and Macao into the overall national development situation,and it's also important to realize the complementary advantages of the three places and join forces.High-tech manufacturing is the most active field in the manufacturing industry.Through collaboration with the knowledge-intensive productive service industry,it can obtain high-profit and high-value-added links in the value chain and can lead the engine.It can lead the Greater Bay Area to firmly follow the high-quality development path,further advance supply-side structural reforms.In addition,with the deepening and strengthening of the economic and industrial integration of various cities,there is bound to be a spatial effect in the synergy of high-tech manufacturing and knowledge-intensive producer services.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the synergy between the high-tech manufacturing industry and knowledge-intensive producer services in the Greater Bay Area and their spatial effects.From the perspective of industrial agglomeration and industrial association,this paper uses the location entropy to measure the agglomeration index of high-tech manufacturing,knowledge-intensive productive service industries,and synergistic agglomeration index of two industries.Moran's I measures the correlation between the spatial synergy of both industries globally and locally,finally verifies the spatial spillover effect of high-tech manufacturing and knowledge-intensive productive service industries based on the spatial Spatial Dubin Model.The empirical results show that the level of high-tech manufacturing agglomeration,knowledge-intensive productive service industry agglomeration,and synergistic agglomeration in the Greater Bay Area have shown an increasing trend in recent years,however,they are still low,and the level of synergistic agglomeration varies widely among different cities.There is a space spillover effect in the synergistic agglomeration of high-tech manufacturing and knowledge-intensive productive service industries in neighboring regions.At the same time,technological innovation and knowledge spillover have a positive impact on the collaborative agglomeration of this region and neighboring regions.Based on the above conclusions,this dissertation puts forward some policysuggestions to promote the synergistic agglomeration of the two industries in Great Bay Area.
