GX company,as a system integration enterprise,once becomes one of the leading enterprises in the same industry in Guangdong Province,through adoption of differentiation strategy,at the stage when information technology is just getting started.Later,due to the enterprise's own reasons,it changed to "cost leading strategy" which cause progress of GX company was slowed down.With dynamic change of competitive environment in recent years,GX company did not rapidly adjust its strategy to meet environment changes,meanwhile lack of continuous innovation in technology,as a result the core competitiveness of enterprise is gradually losing.This thesis is to find out the factors that affect the development of system integration based on traditional business field,by analyzing both internal and external environment of GX company.Meanwhile,it targets to help GX company to set up suitable competitive strategies to adapt new system integration market due to industrial changes.This thesis is based on the basic theories of enterprise strategy,competition strategy,enterprise life cycle and so on,and combined with author's data collection by long-term work in GX company.Author analyzes both internal and external environments that impact GX company by tools such as PEST,SWOT,Five Force Analysis Model.Meanwhile,in this thesis,the opportunities and threats,strengths and weaknesses are identified.Through SWOT analysis,it is reconfirmed that GX company will adopt differentiated competitive strategy to deal with industry competition in the future,meanwhile improve relevant sections throughout enterprise management.“To become the top three platform service providers and the system integration service provider with the largest share of information,security and controllable services in Guangdong Province” will be the 5-year strategic goal for GX company.IT will focus on two key target markets,forming differentiated market positioning through demand-oriented,R&D and application integration.By "safe and controllable technology",a new sustainable development of the core competitiveness will be formed.At the same time,in the field of traditional business through high-quality delivery and efficient service,GX company will create a new brand effect.The development process of GX company is believed to be the epitome of many systems integration companies of the same type.It is hoped that the research and analysis of this thesis can provide some references and inspiration for enterprises and their managers in related industries facing similar situations.
