Study On Government Behavior In The Construction Of National Agricultural Product Quality And Safety County In P District,Guangzhou

With the progress of human society and production technology,people's life goals have been raised from the past to a higher level of food and clothing,and higher requirements have been put forward for the quality and safety of agricultural products.Under the rapid development of agriculture,many problems have arisen in the quality and safety management of agricultural products,such as unreasonable use of agricultural inputs,deterioration of the ecological environment,imperfect construction of relevant systems and backward supervision means,which put forward a severe test for the development of agricultural products.Therefore,strengthening the supervision of the quality and safety of agricultural products and realizing the safety guarantee of the whole process from farmland to dining table have been the focus of the government's work in recent years.Based on this background,the government behavior in the construction of national agricultural product quality and safety county in P District of Guangzhou was selected as the research object.By using the methods of documentation,comparative analysis and interview,and combining with the national assessment system of agricultural product quality and safety county,the current situation of the construction of national agricultural product quality and safety county in P District was summarized,and systematically analyzed the resistance faced by P District in the construction of national agricultural product quality and safety county.According to the research,the government behavior of P District in the construction of national agricultural product quality and safety county has some problems,such as inadequate environmental control of agricultural products origin,unreasonable development planning of agricultural products industry,imperfect supervision mechanism of agricultural inputs,and imperfect quality and safety system of agricultural products.Agricultural product quality and safety is related to national economic development and social stability,and it is an important support to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Strengthening the supervision of the quality and safety of agricultural products is an important measure to ensure food safety from the source and an important part of the development of modern agriculture.It is an inevitable choice for promoting sustainable development of agriculture and ensuring healthy development of modern agricultural industry to build a national agricultural product quality and safety county,promote overall supervision of agricultural product quality and safety,constantly innovate supervision mode,strive to ensure that no major agricultural product quality and safety incidents occur,and earnestly safeguard the industrial development environment.Therefore,in view of the current dilemma,and drawing on the successful experience of other national agricultural product quality and safety counties in China,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government's behavior: strengthening the environmental management of agricultural products origin,promoting agricultural industrialization and standardization,improving the supervision mechanism of agricultural inputs,and improving the quality and safety system of agricultural products.The quality and safety of agricultural products are related to people's health and life safety,which is a major livelihood problem.Building a national agricultural product quality and safety county,actively exploring effective supervision means,strengthening the control of food safety sources,and improving the quality and safety level of agricultural products are not only important measures to ensure the consumption safety of agricultural products,but also a powerful guarantee to safeguard public health and life safety.The study hopes to contribute to the promotion of high-quality development of modern agriculture and the improvement of the quality and safety of agricultural products in P District.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the construction of national agricultural product quality and safety county and the solution of the problems of agricultural product supervision.
