The Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Products Research Of Supervision In Jilin Province

After a long period of endeavor,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,agricultural development has entered a new era,the relationship between supply and demand of agricultural products has changed,the demand for quality agricultural products has increased,and nutrition,health and safety have replaced the previous ones that focused on quantity development.The growing needs of the people for a better life,including the demand for the pursuit of quality agricultural products,are contradicted by the unbalanced market development.Therefore,the government should intensify the supervision over the quality and safety of agricultural products,to ensure that the people "tongue safety."This article analyzes the public attribute of agricultural products,analyzes the status quo and problems of quality and safety of agricultural products by using the theory of public management and public economics.As agricultural products with commodity attributes,it also changes the past emphasis on high-speed into heavier in the global economic environment Quality concerns,the so-called production methods,the direction of development are changing.This article analyzes and explains the present situation and existing problems of quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in Jilin Province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The dissertation consists of six parts: The introduction discusses the research purpose,meaning,content,ideas,methods,technical routes,difficulties and innovations,and the basic framework of the dissertation.The first chapter explains the basic theory and related analysis of agricultural product quality and safety supervision,including the related concepts of agricultural products,the theoretical analysis of supervision,the necessity and feasibility analysis of government regulation.The second chapter describes the status quo of quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in Jilin Province.By summarizing the situation of Jilin Province,this paper brings forward the current situation of supervision and management from the aspects of establishment of regulatory agencies,construction of supervision system,construction of law enforcement ranks,monitoring conditions,certification system,Agricultural standards to make a detailed description of the situation.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in Jilin Province and analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of policy,ideology,mechanism,system design and pollution.The fourth chapter expounds some advanced foreign and domestic government supervision experience of quality and safety of agricultural products respectively,and summarizes its potential enlightenment.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to enhance the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in Jilin Province from seven aspects.They are respectively the awareness of responsibility of government regulation,standardized agricultural production,traceability system of quality and safety of agricultural products,construction of supervision capacity,supervision of enforcement of agricultural products quality and safety,New models and mechanisms,monitoring and risk assessment.The quality and safety supervision of agricultural products is a long-term task that requires a long way to go and cannot be accomplished in a single step.It requires gradual and orderly interlocking efforts to establish a long-term mechanism.The service-oriented government plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.It monitors the quality and safety of agricultural products in real time and ensures the safety of agricultural products to the greatest extent and provides the consumers with quality and safe agricultural products.
