Economic globalization brings not only opportunities but also challenges from all over the world. In order to stand on the changeable international competition, innovation must be placed at the core of the country's overall development. We will continue to promote theoretical innovation, institutional innovation, scientific and technological innovation and cultural innovation. At the beginning of the establishment of innovation theory, most experts and scholars focused their research on technological innovation, which was indeed in line with the needs of the national conditions of technological innovation.Technology is the most important competitive advantage.Enterprises that grasp the core technology often walk in the front of the market.Technological innovation can improve the quality and quantity of products, and can better meet the dynamic needs of the market and consumers, thus improving enterprises and performance. However,in recent decades, experts and scholars have discovered through theory and practice that due to the arrival of the " internet plus" era,the internal structure of the enterprise has gradually developed into a flat structure, and the emergence of cross-regional project departments has led the enterprise to form many self-management teams. This informal way of cooperation also makes the departmental boundaries within the enterprise increasingly transparent.Enterprises rely solely on advanced equipment and technology input and the introduction of talents can no longer meet the needs of management,Only by adjusting the internal structure of the organization, perfecting the system, improving the work process and other management innovations can the deadlock be broken. With the innovation of management, the transformational leadership style occupies a dominant position, and this authorized management style provides an opportunity for individuals to demonstrate leadership ability. This display of personal characteristics and abilities is perceived and followed by other members of the organization, which forms the emergence of leadership. In terms of traditional theories, leaders are often assumed by officially appointed individuals.Scholars at home and abroad mainly focus on formal leadership. The impact of formal leadership on employees' innovative behavior has been widely demonstrated However, according to the existing research, the research on emergent leadership is relatively insufficient Whether this new informal leadership can have the same impact on employee innovation behavior as formal leadership needs in-depth research. Therefore, the focus of this paper is to study the influence of leadership emergence on employees' innovative behavior, taking leadership emergence as independent variable. At the same time, with organizational identity as the intermediary variable, the relationship between the three is studied. In this paper, literature analysis and empirical research methods are used to build a research model describing the relationship between leadership emergence and employee innovation behavior on the basis of consulting relevant literature at home and abroad.Data were collected by issuing questionnaires, and then the data were cross-compared.These research conclusions will have certain reference significance in deeply understanding the emergence of leadership and how to stimulate employees' creative behaviors.
