The Business Plan For Five Star Hotel In Addis Ababa-Ethiopia

Addis Ababa,the capital city of Ethiopia,is home to more than 3 million people.Moreover,Addis has become the diplomatic city of Africa housing regional and international organizations including the African Union and United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.With the increasing influx of Tourists and travelers to the country,the demand for modern accommodation and recreation facilities have become a major concern for all the stakeholders.This dissertation researches the current hotel industry situation in Addis Ababa with focus on the creation of the business plan for five stars Hotel in the capital city of Ethiopia.The study conducts the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the industry and identifies trending challenges and obstacles faced by the hotel tourism for respond to the demand gap in tourism in general and,especially in Addis Ababa.Further,it analyzes supply and demand responding to the available business opportunities,to participate in the development scheme of the Country in general and to alleviate the acute accommodations problem of the City of Addis Ababa in particular,the promoters Mr.MYZ have planned to construct a five star hotel.At the end it suggests the Business Plan for hotel proposed to develop in Addis Ababa.
