In recent years,as the trend of world economic development has gradually evolved into economic globalization,The phenomenon of logistics industry outsourcing is not uncommon, and the logistics service supply chain has become a research hotspot.Nowadays, the demand for logistics customers changes from price to service level, when the logistics service supply chain members are pursuing the maximization of their own interests, how to effectively coordinate their respective service efforts is crucial to improving the service level and performance of the logistics service supply chain.Based on the above questions, the relevant literature on the level of existing service efforts and the coordination of logistics service supply chain is summarized, the service effort level is introduced into the logistics service supply chain, and the logistics service supply chain decision-making model considering the service effort level of unilateral or both parties is constructed separately,by using mathematical models and game theory. The optimal service effort level and total system profit of unilateral or both parties under decentralized control and centralized control mode are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the logistics service supply chain under the decentralized control decision cannot reach the coordination state. Therefore,it is necessary to introduce an appropriate contract mechanism to make the system state under decentralized control consistent with the situation under centralized control. Finally, numerical examples and simulations are used to verify the validity of the contract, the impact of relevant parameters on the level of service effort and profit of unilateral or both parties before and after coordination is analyzed. The research results show that both the unilateral efforts and the efforts of both parties, the service effort level, the customer logistics demand and the total profit of the logistics service supply chain under the centralized control mode are greater than those under the decentralized control mode;in both cases, the revenue sharing contract can encourage integrators and providers to improve their service efforts, the logistics service supply chain is coordinated and both parties have achieved Pareto improvements; The necessary condition for realizing the coordination of logistics service supply chain is that the provider provides logistics services to the integrators at the logistics operation cost.In addition, the numerical examples and simulation results show that the service effort level of both parties has a positive impact on the level of service efforts, integrator service prices and profits, and the coordination contract expands the positive impact on service effort level; The service effort cost factors of both parties have a negative impact on the level of service efforts, integrator service prices and profits; Before and after the implementation of the contract, the level of basic service efforts of both parties has a positive impact on their respective profits and coordination, and the revenue sharing contract expands the positive impact.
