Research On Service Supply Chain Coordination Considering Service Level Based On Fairness Preference

With the rapid development of e-commerce and the rise of the Internet,the service industry has benefited a lot from it.The research on the O2 O model of the service industry has not yet formed a systematic system.Therefore,based on the existing research results,this article combines the characteristics of the service supply chain and the O2 O business model,and considers the characteristics of the supply chain members' fair preference behavior by establishing The model and numerical simulation methods are used to analyze the impact of fair preference on the optimal decision of supply chain members and the impact of cost sharing contract and transfer payment contract on the optimal decision of supply chain members with fair preference.This article mainly includes the following three parts:In the first part,based on the characteristics of service supply chain and O2 O business model,this article does not consider any coordination mechanism,and establishes a basic revenue model and parameter settings.By using the master-slave Stackelberg game theory,the influence of fair preference factors on the optimal decision of supply chain members and the overall effectiveness of the supply chain under the service provider's dominant service provider's fair preference behavior is first studied,and numerical analysis is performed.Secondly,it studies the influence of fair preference factors on the optimal decision of supply chain members and the overall efficiency of the supply chain when the service provider-led service platform has fair preference behavior.In the second part,based on the basic income model of the service platform leading service provider with fair preference,considering the cost sharing coordination mechanism,a corresponding income model is established.Research shows that the utility of supply chain members under the cost sharing coordination mechanism is greater than the utility under the basic model.The effect of the cost sharing coefficient on the optimal decision of the members of the supply chain and the overall benefit of the supply chain is studied through numerical analysis.It is concluded that the cost sharing coordination mechanism can make the corresponding parameters perform better.In the third part,based on the basic income model with fair preference of the service provider-dominated service platform,considers the transfer payment coordination mechanism,and establishes the corresponding income model.Research shows that the utility of supply chain members under the transfer payment coordination mechanism is greater than that under the basic model.The effect of transfer payment coefficient on the optimal decision of supply chain members and the overall supply chain benefits is studied through numerical analysis.It is concluded that the transfer payment coordination mechanism can make corresponding parameters perform better.In this paper,the research on contract coordination of service supply chain considers the factors of fair preference behavior of supply chain members.The conclusions can enrich the theoretical research of contract coordination in supply chain,It is important theoretical and practical significance.
