Research On The Optimization Of Production Flow In Assembly Shop Of Quanzhou Railway Vehicle Company

At present,China’s rail vehicle manufacturing industry is facing fierce market competition and unprecedented opportunities for development.However,there is still a big gap between domestic enterprises’ production management and production efficiency compared with the world-class rail vehicle enterprises.Production process is relatively backward,resulting in a large enterprise in the operation of waste and inefficiency.At the same time,rail vehicles have special requirements for safety and reliability.The industry itself has the characteristics of high entry threshold,high requirements for capital,technology and industry licensing system.With a series of changes in the industrial environment,the original extensive management methods of the company have continued to grow and grow in the company.The basic management level needs to be improved constantly in the development becomes untimely,the company’s strategic development has put forward the higher request to the management fineness,the scientific nature.The implementation of efficient and perfect fine management in the company is urgent and directly related to the survival and development of the company in the future.The assembly of rail vehicle is the most important link in rail vehicle manufacturing.This paper analyzes the key influencing factors and existing problems of production process by means of action learning.The method of lean production is used to strengthen and improve the link of value added in production activities,to reduce the links without increasing value,and to eliminate unnecessary waste.In the process of rail vehicle assembly and production,the process of assembly production,personnel organization,material distribution and other aspects are more complex.Based on the relevant basic theory,such as VSM(value Stream Diagram),and through the analysis of the production process of rail vehicle assembly workshop,the author finds out how to find out the production process of rail vehicle assembly workshop.There are problems and gaps in production processes.This paper analyzes on the necessity of optimization of production process,how to plan and the principle of planning in the process of optimization of production process.Through optimization,design a new production process for assembly workshop,and preliminary implementation.It is proved that the new production process system is of high practical value through its application in practical projects.From theoretical analysis to practical problems,to countermeasures and suggestions,combined with the planning and practical application of the new process,it reflects my simple views on the optimization of the production process of the assembly workshop.There are many research results in the domestic professional literature for the optimization and reengineering of manufacturing process,especially in the field of vehicle manufacturing.However,the research and discussion on the optimization of modern technological process carried out by an enterprise with unreasonable layout,low degree of modernization of facilities and backward technological process has not yet been fully discussed.I hope that my research can provide a strong operational reference for the domestic railway vehicle assembly production process optimization.
