With the rapid development of China’s social economy and the remarkable improvement of residents’ consumption level,the automobile industry has developed rapidly after entering the 21 st century.At present,it has become a pillar industry of the national economy,and China’s automobile market has also become the most active automobile market in the world.While the market is active,it puts forward stricter requirements for the development of related industries and brings a more intense competitive environment,which has a significant impact on the automobile parts manufacturing industry.In response to the market demand,China’s auto parts manufacturing industry has gradually got rid of extensive development,broken through the technology monopoly of foreign manufacturers and moved towards the road of domestic substitution.High-tech transformation to reduce costs and increase efficiency has become the consensus of domestic auto parts manufacturing enterprises,and it is also the only way for them to meet the personalized and high-quality market demand and build their core competitiveness.Among them,the application of lean production to improve the production process,as an advanced management method to improve the efficiency of enterprises,reduce production costs and reduce resource waste,has gradually gained more recognition and application in the automobile parts manufacturing industry.Optimizing the production process is an important proposition for enterprises to gain core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.As a local automobile parts manufacturing enterprise in China,Aisidi Company is mainly engaged in lightweight design and manufacturing of automobiles,and its business involves R&D,production and sales of key automobile parts.In recent years,in the process of development,Aisidi Company has encountered some problems,such as high production and operation cost,low production efficiency and poor product quality control.In order to solve the problems encountered in the production process,establish a customer-centered rapid response and mobile manufacturing system,and greatly reduce non-value-added activities,the company must carry out reforms and improve and optimize the production process.In this paper,the EB03 products of Aisidi Company are taken as the research object,and the problems in the manufacturing process of EB03 products are analyzed and studied.Through the analysis,it is concluded that there are some problems in the production process of EB03 products of Aisidi Company,such as long production cycle,low equipment utilization rate and chaotic on-site management.In order to solve the above problems,the production process optimization scheme is designed and some production management optimization measures such as 5S management,TPM equipment management optimization and MES system implementation are put forward.Subsequently,the effect analysis of the optimized design scheme shows that the process optimization effect is remarkable from three aspects: production cycle,equipment utilization rate and on-site management effect.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,safeguard measures are put forward from four aspects: management system,human resources,supplier resources and process optimization.Taking EB03 products as a breakthrough,this paper lays a foundation for the comprehensive promotion of production process optimization management in Aisidi Company,and also plays an exemplary role in production process management for other companies in the industry.
