Research Of Integration Modes Of Public Resources Trading Platform

Public resources are closely related to the interests of the public and have a huge impact on promoting economic and social development.As China's public resource trading market is still in the initial stage of development,local governments have exposed many outstanding problems in construction,operation and supervision.The various trading markets are scattered,the government and market boundaries are blurred,the supervision is misplaced,and too much power involved in the allocation of resources breeds a lot of corruption.These problems have severely restricted the healthy and orderly development of the public resource trading market.In recent years,local governments have responded positively to the requirements of the central government,promoted the integration of public resource trading platforms,explored many different integration models and achieved certain results.However,at present,when the integration mode is selected,the local government's will is largely reflected.The government's perspectives lack systematic and scientific selection method to support them and there's no clear selection method to which model is more suitable for them.This paper studies the related theories of the integration of public resource trading platforms,and combs the integration development process of public resource trading platforms,and analyzes the problems existing in traditional public resource transaction management.Through the summary and induction of the integration mode of public resource trading platforms across the country,classification and comparison according to the executor and supervisor,taking Hangzhou,Hefei and Chongqing as the typical cases for research and analysis,the influencing factors of the integration mode selection of public resource trading platform are obtained.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the Selection index system of the integration mode of the public resource trading platforms,and verifies the correctness and feasibility of the adaptive evaluation model of the public resource trading platform integration model established by using Quanzhou City as a case study.It has obtained more appropriate results and provided a scientific selection method and basis for the mode selection of China's public resource trading platform integration.
