| When paying attention to the present situation of enterprise marketing management in Uzbekistan,this paper first analyzes that under the background of the rapid development of the world economy,as the carrier of economic development,the survival and operation of many enterprises are facing the crisis of enterprise culture and enterprise product quality management,especially in developing countries,the industry system is not perfect,and the protection of innovation and intellectual property rights is not guaranteed.It is the foundation of the long-term development of enterprise marketing management to provide high-quality services to consumers,strictly control the quality of products,and correctly interpret and make full use of the relevant government policies.This paper fully recognizes the important position of public relations in the management and marketing of enterprises.Based on the basic situation of enterprise marketing management in Uzbekistan,this paper analyzes the influence of various departments on public relations in enterprise marketing management,and dialectically probes into the reaction of public relations to the stable operation of various departments of enterprises.This paper tries to point out the problems of enterprise marketing management in Uzbekistan in public relations,and puts forward some ways to solve the problems,so as to optimize the role of enterprise marketing management in public relations and promote Uzbekistan enterprises to play a better role as economic carrier and traction motive force in economic development.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the analysis of the present situation of public relations in the marketing management of enterprises in Uzbekistan.It mainly discusses the present situation of the construction of marketing integrity in the marketing management of enterprises in Uzbekistan,the present situation of enterprise brand marketing,analyzes the role of public relations in enterprise marketing management,and points out the contradictions that should be dealt with in the process of improving public relations.The second part is the analysis of the influencing factors of enterprise marketing management on public relations,which points out the factors that affect the public relations of enterprises from the perspective of enterprise marketing management.Including enterprise integrity,after-sales service,enterprise technology and corporate culture concept on theimpact of public relations.Part III This part mainly discusses the role and influence of public relations on enterprise marketing,such as public relations can promote the expansion of the market,promote the improvement of labor productivity,can establish a good social reputation for enterprises,can play a role in solving customer problems,help straighten out the internal relations of enterprises,enhance cohesion and so on.The fourth part is the challenge of public relations in enterprise marketing management in Uzbekistan,which mainly analyzes and points out the problems that need to be solved in enterprise marketing management,from the establishment and maintenance of enterprise image in the era of new network media.Under the background of Belt and Road Initiative,the promotion of international communication ability and the demand of enterprise development strategy for public relations are discussed.The fifth part is the analysis of the ways to improve the public relations in the enterprise marketing management,mainly from the advertisement production and the enterprise idea innovation and the propaganda way,grasps the industry globalization development situation to make full use of the opportunity brought by "Belt and Road Initiative" to improve the public relations problem in the enterprise marketing management.Hope to enhance the marketing ability of Uzbekistan enterprises and promote their economic development has reference value. |
