The organization communication study is an important branch of communication study, but the enterprise communication study also is belongs to the organization communication research domains.It discusses the promotion enterprise competitive ability from the communication study angle of view the principle and the method. The enterprise is an economic organization, therefore, the enterprise disseminates the research final goal to lie in the realization enterprise profit maximization the economic target.The organization communication study which recent developing discipline and, psychology, sociology, social psychology, cultural anthropology, the business management study, the organization behavior study and crowd relations discipline and so on the communication study mutually seeps, its this discipline overlapping, enables it to be able to contain the humanities and the social sciences idea tradition. Therefore, the organization communication study research space is extremely broad. However, also because of its greatly strengthened discipline overlapping, the most researchers' knowledge background is being limited, causes this discipline the research throughout to be at the progress slow condition.Has not communication is impossible to have the enterprise existence and development, but, at present, the Chinese enterprise all has in the idea or the method erroneous zone in the communication aspect.
