Research On Financial Risk Early Warning Of HT Hotel Group

As the people's income continues to increase and China's economy shifts from high-speed development to high-quality development,the proportion of consumption in the national economy will become higher and higher.In line with this,the tertiary industry has ushered in a rare development opportunity.The hotel industry driven by the tourism industry has achieved significant development in recent years.However,the rapid growth of the hotel industry and the increasing competition have brought a series of potential risks to the hotel's operating companies.The possibility of financial risks and the resulting business crisis have risen sharply.Based on this,it is necessary for hotel companies to conduct financial risk analysis on the industry environment and business conditions regularly,conduct financial risk warning research and take risk prevention and control measures through analysis of the company's financial status.By expounding the relevant theories of financial risk early warning,this thesis selects HT hotel who has been listed stock at early period as the research object,and combines univariate analysis and multivariate analysis to analyze the current operating status and financial status of HT Hotel.The univariate analysis includes four aspects: solvency,profitability,operational ability and development ability.The multivariate analysis uses the Z-score model and the F-score model to conduct quantitative calculation the financial data of HT Hotel.Through calculation and analysis,it can be found that many financial indicators of HT Hotel have deteriorated in recent years,indicating that HT Hotels have serious financial risks.Finally,this paper integrates the nature of the industry and the financial situation of HT hotel to propose countermeasures for HT hotel to prevent and control financial risks.The thesis is helpful to improve the financial risk early warning management level of the hotel operating enterprises to a certain extent,and provide useful tools for the hotel industry and the enterprises to solve financial risks.
