Optimization Of Anti-Dumping Duty Rate In International Trade Based On Price Leadership Model

The aim of this study was to get an optimized anti-dumping duty rate to maximize the total welfare of domestic society.A comparison method was used to illustrate the disadvantages of using the formula of duping margin to work out the anti-dumping duty rate.The research suggested that are three possible factors,which had an influence on the optimized rate,which are the volume of markets,the sensitive degree of demand to price changes,and the marginal cost of firms.Taking the mobile phone market as a case,the paper studied the application of the optimized anti-dumping model in the actual international trade.Analyzed the practical application of the optimized anti-dumping model in international trade,taking the sorghum market and the mobile phone market in China as a case.Put forward some policy recommendations for the anti-dumping of our government and for the export enterprises and industries to deal with anti-dumping cases,by using game theory and other methods.
