The Construction & Empirical Research Of Headquarters Economy's Regional Innovation System Based On The Industrial Knowledge Bases

In recent years,our country has put more and more emphasis on the importance of the industrial innovation.With the enhancement of innovative ability resulting in better development trend,there is still obvious distance from the developed countries and regions,especially regarding to key technology and proprietary intellectual property right.Thus utilizing constructing national as well as regional innovation system as reinforcement and consolidate the long-term output are effective methods for our industrial innovation.In terms of theory,industry knowledge bases are important factors for its more essential attributes,while few studied.And previous studied on regional innovation system were mostly based on geographic divisions and single economic area,but construction of innovation system for headquarters' economy with special industries and economic qualities are rarely studied.So this paper is focused on the margin in terms of theory in this area,aiming to provide some references and suggestions for researchers and decision makers.This paper constructs a theoretical regional innovation system,based on the perspective of industrial knowledge bases and the regional division of headquarters economy center cities.Industry knowledge bases play the role of innovation resources,institution works as external factor,headquarters economy characteristic is the internal endowment,and all of them comprehensive influence innovation configuration and further influence the construction type of the regional innovation system.The regional innovation system of forward support type,backward support type and network support type are constructed in this paper,in which the thorough analysis and proper countermeasures are proposed for regional innovation systems construction in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Hangzhou,Nanjing and Qingdao as the typical headquarters economy center cities.
