Study On Forces In Promotion Of Regional Knowledge Capacity Of Industrial Intergrated Innovation

In the knowledge economy age, regional knowledge capacity constraints of regional industrial integration innovation. Regional industrial innovation and development rooted in growing and promoting the regional capacity to knowledge. The lack of integrated innovation industries, such as the weakness of the industrial innovation ability, the shortage of innovative power and other issues, has seriously hampered the sustainable competitive advantage of regional industry formation. Regional human resources, intellectual capital, knowledge and innovation policies, dissemination and diffusion of knowledge systems are increasingly becoming a core element in the region’s major industry. In this context, this thesis focuses on the promotion of regional knowledge capacity of the integrated power system for industrial innovation.To begin with, study on the theory of regional knowledge capacity and the theory of the integrated innovation, put forward the concept of regional knowledge capacity. And then analyzes it’s connotation and characteristics of the content. On this basis, a clear structure of regional knowledge capacity has been proposed.To follow up, this thesis explores the relationship between industrial innovation and regional knowledge integration, and the impact of factors affecting the promotion of regional knowledge capacity. From a dynamic perspective, to build the system dynamics model of regional knowledge capacity systems; constructed with feedback causality diagram, And then simulate the model which according to the data in high-tech industrial zones. The results prove that:the regional atmosphere of collaborative innovation and science and technology service agents play a very important role in promoting regional knowledge capabilities and the sustained and rapid development of economy.At last, a set of policies to promote regional development has been proposed. The policies try to guide the government to allocate resources rationally, and increase regional knowledge capacity. Through the collaboration and mutual assistance under various actors together to promote regional scientific and technological innovation, and maintain regional competitive advantage and achieve rapid and sustainable development of regional economy.
