Social barriers refer to freshmen in colleges who suffer from a lack of social skills,lack of self-confidence,family factors,and environmental changes.They produce uncomfortable physiological reactions during social interactions,and feel nervous.Unable to establish an intimate relationship and refuse to participate in social activities and other acts.People are"social people",and the survival of people in society means that they need to be in contact with others and engage in communication.After entering the university,teenagers will leave their families and live with their classmates,and they will have to face the new environment and crowds in the university.In this process,you need to interact with others.University is an important transition stage for teenagers to enter the society.At this stage,good socialization has a positive meaning for the study and life at the university level.However,in reality,some college students,especially freshmen,appear to be socially impaired due to personal psychology,family,environment,etc.,which affects the healthy operation of university study and life.Therefore,paying attention to college students with social barriers,helping them improve their social skills and alleviating social barriers will help individuals develop better and adapt to college life and society.In this study,a freshman from Nanjing University of Nanjing was used as the research object,using the scale method,interview method and other methods to collect relevant research data,and summarized the main manifestations of social disorders as physiological performance,psychological performance and behavioral performance;social disorders The cause of the problem includes two levels of personal factors and environmental factors.Personal factors include personality,cognition,psychology and ability.Personality factor refers to innate introverted personality;cognitive factor refers to the shadow of childhood or failed social experience to produce wrong cognition;psychological factor refers to lack of self-identity and individual inferiority;ability factor refers to lack of interaction Social experience and communication skills.Environmental factors include family environment and campus environment.The family environment factor refers to the inappropriate communication and education methods of the parents;the campus environment factor refers to the unfitness of the environment just after entering the university campus.This study adopts the method of case work,based on the theory of "man in the situation"and communication theory,and uses psychosocial treatment model of case work skills to practically intervene with the client.Carry out activities such as venting inner emotions,learning social skills,and performing social simulations;improve individual self-identity,enhance individual self-confidence,enhance individual social abilities,and thereby alleviate social barriers;at the same time intervene in the external environment of the client and improve the family Communicate the environment and get more lasting support from the outside.After the end of the case service,the Youth Social Disability Scale(LSAS)was selected as the assessment tool.Through the comparison of the pre-and post-test,the service target and the others were interviewed to evaluate the intervention effect of the case work.The evaluation found that the activity has achieved certain results,the service goals set are basically achieved,the social capabilities of the service target have been improved,and the negative impact of social barriers has been alleviated.Finally,it reflects on the psychosocial treatment model case work methods used in the study,the role played by social workers,and social work ethics.Studies have shown that the psychosocial treatment model has certain applicability to alleviate the social barriers of freshmen.
