At present,the development of China's economy is under new normal.The economic risks faced by companies are incresed.With the adjustment of the industrial structure.the production and operation difficulities faced by companies are rising.At the same time,China supports innovation and entrepreneurship,it attracts more and more employees long to start a business.However,when the employees of higher demand leave to start a business or go to other businesses,they are likely to become a competitive threat to the company.So how do enterprises deal with and avoid potential or economic risks?How can the employees in the enterprise give full play to their innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and ability to re inject innovation vitality and maintain competitive advantage to create benefits? These are the problems that the enterprise managers need to solve.In view of the active promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship in all walks of life,the transformational leadership has attracted the attention of scholars and enterprises at home and abroad because of its own innovative characteristics.So this study takes transformational leadership as an independent variable,individual entrepreneurial behavior as introduces,and entrepreneurship self-efficacy as a mediator,to explore the mechanism of action between the three variables.First of all,this study combs and collates relevant theories of transformational leadership,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and employees' entrepreneurial behavior.On this basis,we proposed research model and hypothesis.Secondly,three authoritative and applicable scale for Chinese culture is selected,and the questionnaire is compiled and distributed,and 274 effective questionnaires are finally recovered.Finally,SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 were used to analyze the validity and validity of the effective sample data,the difference analysis of individual characteristics,and the correlation and regression analysis between the three variables.Based on this,we can get those following conclusions:(1)Transformational leadership has a positive impact on internal entrepreneurship of employees.Among them,the three-dimensional behavior dimensions of transformational leadership: moral example,vision incentives and charm of leader,has a positive impact on internal entrepreneurship of employees,but the dimension of personalized care has no significant correlation on the various dimensions of employees' entrepreneurial behavior.(2)Transformational leadership has a positive impact on the self-efficacy of entrepreneurship.All the dimensions of transformational leadership have a positive impact onentrepreneurial self-efficacy.(3)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive impact on employees' internal entrepreneurship behavior.And entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive impact on all dimensions of employees' internal entrepreneurship behavior.(4)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between transformational leadership and the entrepreneurial behavior of employees.Based on the conclusions of this study,the relevant theoretical and practical implications are put forward,and the limitations of the research are discussed.Finally,some future research directions are put forward.
