As a kind of leadership style rooted in China's cultural context,differential leadership is particularly prevalent in Chinese enterprises.It has important practical significance to explain the attitude and behavior of employees in the workplace.Differential leadership is a unique way of leadership formed under the influence of Chinese cultural environment.Leaders will divide different circles according to the alienation between others and themselves.For people inside and outside the circle,leaders often treat them differently.Employees may crowd out each other in the process of competing for leadership support,resulting in organizational contradictions and conflicts,and make "outsiders" produce workplace isolation,reduce employee working well-being,improve turnover intention,and also make employees' work performance be affected by the cumulative effect.Therefore,the study of the relationship between differential leadership,workplace isolation,employee working well-being and turnover intention has practical significance for employees,enterprises and even the whole society.This paper takes workplace isolation as a mediating variable to study the mechanism of the influence of differential leadership on employee working well-being and turnover intention in Chinese enterprises.Enterprises are facing a greater potential risk of employee turnover.How to avoid the risk of brain drain will become the core of human resource managers' work.I hope to provide a reference management theory basis for Chinese private enterprises whose turnover rate is more prominent.Through the study,we hope to find ways to improve employee working well-being and reduce employee turnover rate,which can provide a reference for enterprises to improve performance and attract talents.This paper is divided into theoretical and empirical parts.The theoretical part reviews domestic and foreign literature on differential leadership,workplace isolation,employee working well-being and turnover intention,establishes a model between them and puts forward hypotheses.In the empirical part,based on the sample data,through SPSS22.0 analysis and study the relationship between the three,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)differential leadership has a significant positive impact on employee working well-being;(2)differential leadership has a significant negative impact on turnover intention;(3)differential leadership has a significant negative impact on workplace isolation;(4)workplace isolation plays a mediating role between differential leadership and employee working well-being;(5)Workplace isolation plays a mediating role between differential leadership and turnover intention.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,corresponding management suggestions are put forward,and the shortcomings and prospects of this study are put forward.
