Evaluation And Promotion Of The Degree Of Citizenization Of Land-lost Farmers In Luoyang City

Socialist modernization drives the development of urbanization.With the continuous deepening of the socialist modernization of luoyang city,its urbanization degree is also increasing.Since the implementation of urban expansion in luoyang city,some farmers have been forced to expropriate the original land,resulting in a large number of land-lost farmers.These land-lost farmers were forced to change their original production mode and way of life,and gradually began to transform into urban residents.However,this transformation process was full of challenges and obstacles.In the process of transformation,they not only need to change the deep-rooted traditional rural thoughts,but also adapt to the fast-paced urban production and lifestyle,which is a very difficult process.Currently in farmers petition cases caused by 70% is the result of the farmers lost their land,these peasants living in trouble after losing their land,become "farming landless,work without duty,low noted," "3 without" crowd,a big negative impact on society,urbanization of land-lost farmers problem gradually become social hot spot.This not only makes luoyang municipal government departments attach great importance to it when carrying out socialist modernization,but also sets off a heated discussion among the whole society.Therefore,the integration of land-lost farmers into urban life has become an important factor to promote the economic and political development of luoyang.This article is based on luoyang land-lost farmers living situation,with the method of questionnaire survey,to three relocation village in henan luoyang los dragon(dragon,longxing village,A village Long Kang district)of land-lost farmers for field visits,from living conditions,economic conditions,employment,social security situation through analyzing four aspects.Combining economics related theory and the quality of life after urbanization of land-lost farmers,living conditions,population quality,psychological status of fundamental rights and five aspects relevant index calculation,construct the degree of urbanization of luoyang land-lost farmers evaluation system,it is concluded that the current urbanization of luoyang land-lost farmers degree of 59.26%,100% and the degree of urbanization of the ideal distance.Finally,through the comprehensive analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of the citizenization of land-lost farmers in luoyang city,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to promote the citizenization of land-lost farmers from three aspects: the land-lost farmers themselves,the society and the government.
