With the acceleration of urbanization,the number of landless peasants is becoming larger and larger.After losing land,the peasants are faced with the problems of employment,education,medical treatment and old-age support brought about by their survival.All these require the joint efforts of the government,the society and the peasants to guarantee the life of the landless peasants from the system,to help the landless peasants get rid of the economic shackles of the land from the policy,and to solve the identity transformation zone of the landless peasants from the cultural perspective.Psychological adaptation.Based on the above background,in order to better promote the transformation of landless peasants into citizens,this paper reviews the research success of landless peasants at home and abroad.On the basis of summarizing the theory of marginal person,Maslow's demand,social security and welfare compensation,this paper takes Tangshi,Nantang and Xingtian communities in Jinjiang as examples.As a sample,the land-lost peasants' satisfaction,employment status,family life,social security and so on were investigated.On the basis of investigation and study,we find that most of the landless peasants are not satisfied with land expropriation compensation and think that the compensation standard is low;on the household registration management of landless peasants,there is a "semi-urbanization" phenomenon,which seriously affects the education,social welfare and employment of the children of landless peasants;although the old-age and medical insurance;The coverage rate is high,but the household income and expenditure of the landless peasants are unbalanced,the disposable income is less;the community cultural activities are less,the management of the resettlement area is confused;the landless peasants have fewer contacts with the urban residents,and the phenomenon of marginalization exists.In view of the above problems,this paper investigates Kunshan,which ranks first in the new urbanization in China in 2017,and finds that economic and cultural factors directly affect and promote the process of urbanization in the process of urbanization of land-lost peasants in Kunshan.Through the integration of the resources of the government,the community and the residents,the survival needs of the landless peasants are fully met.The experience of Kunshan City provides a reference for the problems of Jinjiang City.On the basis of the above investigation and investigation,this paper puts forwardthe countermeasures and suggestions from the three dimensions of government,community and residents from the perspective of the needs of Land-lost peasants' citizenization.The government level includes the establishment of land expropriation compensation system in line with the market economy,the active adjustment of the household registration system to deepen reform,and the construction of a diversified sustainable livelihood security system.The community level includes expanding employment space,strengthening employment training and optimizing the management level of community organizations.Resident level includes self-learning,improving employment capital;self-change,adapting to interpersonal relations;self-identity,strengthening the sense of integration.
