Research On Operation Strategy Of The E-commerce Industrial Park In Boai County

With the rapid development of county economy,e-commerce,as a new type of industry,has played a supporting role in promoting the development of county economy.Due to the central and western regions the eastern e-commerce development has certain gap,forcing the vigorously development of electronic commerce,and promote the county industrial park of the birth of e-commerce,its development significance in promoting industrial concentration,promote transformation and upgrading of domestic electricity business enterprise,and provide a basis for the development of county industrial park of e-commerce from three aspects.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research on the operation strategy of the ecommerce industrial park in Boai county,hoping that the research summary of the park can play a guiding role in the development,construction and operation of ecommerce industrial parks around the country.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,the research status of e-commerce industrial park at home and abroad,and the specific research plan.The second part introduces and analyzes the operation status of Boai ecommerce industrial park,focusing on the implementation strategy,service strategy,supply chain management strategy,investment attraction and person-time management strategy of the park.Data analysis and case analysis are adopted to analyze the industrial park.The third part is about the problems existing in the operation of industrial parks.It mainly sorts out the problems in the four aspects of operation mode,innovative service and supply chain management according to the analysis part.The fourth part of the park to achieve optimal development of the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.The fifth part is the summary of the whole paper.
