In this paper, the concept and accounting method of GVC income proposed by Timmer are used to deconstruct the added value of China's manufacturing products by using the world input-output table, and the contribution of different countries and industries to the added value of China's manufacturing products is deconstructed.Focusing on added value, the servitization of China's manufacturing industry is defined as the contribution of the service sector in the added value of China's manufactured products.Different countries and different service sectors to China's manufacturing industry as a whole and different manufacturing industry is measured. In addition,it is compared that the level and the internal structure of servitization of manufacturing as well as the influence factors of GVC participation on the servitization of manufacturing industry in China,America,Japan and Germany. The research finds that the servitization level of China's overall manufacturing industry first declines and then rises, and the knowledge-intensive manufacturing industry has the highest level of servitization and the largest degree of improvement. The servitization level of China's manufacturing industry as a whole is more influenced by the domestic service sector, and participation in GVC has little impact on that. From regional point of view,Japan, the United States,South Korea and China Taiwan are the biggest contributor for the servitization of China's manufacturing industry. And from the angle of the service sector, the domestic sector of labor-intensive services and wholesale and retail service are the biggest contributor, while the for foreign department of knowledge intensive services and business services are the biggest contributor.
