The Impact Of The Servitization Of Manufacturing On The Division Of Labor In The Global Value Chain Of China's Manufacturing Industry

Under the trend of economic globalization,the trade between countries has gradually evolved into an inter industry division of labor within the closed loop of the global value chain,more and more countries pay more attention to their own mode of division of labor in the global value chain,and the division of labor of the value chain directly determines the international competitiveness of a country.Macroscopically speaking,improving the service level of manufacturing sector is an effective way to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing industry and achieve the rising value chain.In order to make Chinese manufacturing industry take more active and more favorable links in the global value chain division and change the "big but not strong" situation in Chinese manufacturing,many manufacturing sectors are beginning to accept service gradually.However,because the manufacturing sector covers a large number of sectors,and there may be a significant correlation between different manufacturing sectors.Therefore,the influence of the improvement of service level on different manufacturing sectors must be differentiated.This paper takes the manufacturing service and the global value chain division as the research object,uses the Chinese input and output data during 2000 to 2014,and makes an empirical analysis on the change of service index and the influence of the global value chain in the various sectors of the manufacturing industry.The analysis shows that the improvement of service level plays a significant role in promoting the value chain in the technology intensive sector;it has not produced as significant impetus to the labor intensive and resource intensive manufacturing sector as the technology intensive department.
