Content :In recent years,with the change of residents' investment concept in China,people's enthusiasm for securities investment is constantly rising,and the corresponding competition between securities companies is gradually intensified.How to enhance organizational performance and enhance the competitiveness of the company,to improve the company's operating efficiency and provide,customers with more quality services and products is the main problem to be solved.Performance appraisal has been widely used in the financial industry as the main means to motivate employees and improve organizational performance,but most of them use quantitative performance indicators to conduct a single appraisal.This model can not effectively combine individual performance,organizational performance and long-term business development planning.Therefore,this paper introduces the balanced scorecard method to improve the performance appraisal system of securities companies.In terms of research content,this paper firstly discusses the purpose and general method of performance appraisal,and points out the advantages of the application of balanced scorecard in performance appraisal of securities companies by combining with the principle of balanced scorecard.It also analyzes the dimension division in the balanced scorecard,and points out that the assessment from the four dimensions of finance,customer,growth and internal process can effectively give consideration to personal development,department efficiency and the overall development of the company.Secondly,the paper takes dongguan securities company as an example to carry out a satisfaction survey on the status quo of performance appraisal.It is pointed out that the main problems are unreasonable setting of assessment index,irregular assessment process and inadequate application of results.The main reasons are that the evaluation of non-quantitative indicators is difficult to achieve and the construction of the system lacks a strategic perspective.The purpose of this paper is to improve the performance appraisal of the accounting department of dongguan securities company by introducing the balanced scorecard.The research methods used in this paper include literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis.The research results of this paper are as follows: based on the results of the questionnaire survey and combined with the operation characteristics of dongguan securities company,the paper analyzes the four dimensions of finance,customer,growth and internal process from three levels of business outlets,departments and individuals respectively,and constructs the performance appraisal system suitable for dongguan securities company.Finally,on the basis of the research,this paper draws a relevant conclusion,that is,the construction method of performance evaluation system,which combines corporate strategy and daily work and pays attention to the balance between long-term strategy and corporate development,has very strong feasibility and operability.At the same time,the application scope of BSC is expanded and extended,and the application value of BSC is explored,which can be used as a reference for other companies to build performance evaluation system.This paper hopes to provide a basic improvement idea for the performance appraisal of dongguan securities co.,LTD.,and then realize its long-term development.
