Research On The Innovative Development Of Professional Breeding Cooperatives In Weihai

In the rural strategy proposed by the 19 th Party Congress,it is emphasized that we should give full play to the main position of our farmers,focus on cultivating new agricultural business entities and vigorously develop modern agriculture.In the modern market economy facing fierce internal and external competition,farmers’ professional cooperatives,as one of the new business subjects,have become an important force in the process of promoting rural economic development through rural revitalization.Professional farmers’ cooperatives can not only effectively solve the problem of small farmers’ difficulty in connecting to large markets,but also overcome the contradiction between small farmers’ scattered operation and modern agricultural production scale,thus promoting China’s agricultural and rural modernization.As the only prefecture-level city in China that has been awarded five national pilot demonstration zones in the marine field at the same time,Weihai has a good development of professional cooperatives in fishery and livestock breeding,with 765 registered professional cooperatives.The rapid development of farming cooperatives in Weihai has not only improved the income level of farmers,but also promoted the development of Weihai’s economy.However,in the process of cooperative development,there are still problems such as weak operation ability and poor radiation drive,which largely affect the innovation development process of breeding professional cooperatives in Weihai City.This paper firstly uses cooperative economy theory,collective action theory,collaborative productivity theory and principal-agent theory as theoretical support,and uses expert survey method to select representative evaluation indexes from the influencing factors of comprehensive development capacity of breeding professional cooperatives,and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a secondary index system for comprehensive development capacity of breeding professional cooperatives in Weihai city Then,the multivariate ordered logit model was used to analyze the factors influencing the innovation development of breeding cooperatives in Weihai.The results of the study showed that the overall evaluation level of the comprehensive development ability of Weihai breeding cooperatives was not high,and their operation development ability and radiation-driven effect were not good,and the internal conditions of cooperative breeding area,years of registration,and "three products and one standard" had an important influence on cooperative R&D innovation behavior,and the intensity of market competition was an important external factor for cooperative innovation R&D.Finally,we propose countermeasures to promote the innovative development of breeding cooperatives in Weihai from the aspects of strengthening product brand construction,enhancing the radiation-driven effect,improving the endogenous development power and increasing financial support.
