The Performance Evaluation Of Farmers' Professional Co-operatives And Influence Actors Analysis

As a new type of main agricultural body,farmers' professional cooperatives using its unique advantages in promoting farmers into the markets,developing rural collective economy and playing an important role on the rural social management innovation.But,with the surging in the number of registered at the same time,our country's existing development lag,the farmers' professional cooperatives developing on a smaller scale,lower profitability increasingly prominent,and its social and economic benefits were not entirely developing.The performance of farmers' professional cooperatives refers to the influence and adaptability of the internal operation efficiency and the production and operation activities to the external environment,thus reflecting the function and value of the cooperative.So,according to the actuality of our country farmers' professional cooperatives,,it is important to improve its current dilemma,improve the efficiency of the production and operation of our country farmers' professional cooperatives and farmers' income by research and discussing the issue of farmers' professional cooperatives performanceThis article mainly starts from the following several aspects of the performance of farmers' professional cooperatives research: first,based on the available references and data at home and abroad,summarizing the research of the development of the farmers' professional cooperatives performance levels,which lead to this article research topics and research significance.Second,through analyzing the relevant theories,summing up the farmers' professional cooperatives performance problem based on the basic theory,and the sample area of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives and sample description of research analysis.Third,on the basis of the survey data and information of 55 farmers' professional cooperatives,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to establish the performance evaluation system of performance evaluation,to calculate the performance score.Fourth,using Tobit model,regarding the cooperative performance score as the dependent variable,selected membership number,president' level of education,the number of the member's congress held,whether to get government support,the times of the cooperative training,whether extraction reserve,the total amount of members' capital contribution,regarding the originator identity as independent variables,and starting the empirical analysis.Fourth,through the analysis of factors influencing the performance evaluation and performance,we make the conclusion,and put forward the policy suggestions on the development of farmers' professional co-operatives:(1)strengthening training to improve the whole quality of cooperative level;(2)expanding financing channels to solve cooperative financing problems;(3)creating a favorable environment and playing the role of government support;(4)improving internal management mechanism and standardize development.
