After more than 30 years of rapid development and expansion in China's manufacturing industry,China's demographic dividend is gradually disappearing.The domestic demands is shrinking,the first-line labor force in the manufacturing industry is rapidly decreasing,but the cost is rising,manufacturing cost are on the rise and there is a widespread shortage of first-line workers?At the same time,A company changes from the original Sino-foreign joint venture to the wholly foreign-owned company.After the transformation,the company loses its policy advantage and faces more pressure.Moreover,due to the rapid development of computer technology and communication technology at local and abroad in recent years,Self-dynamic and refined throughout the entire operation and management of the company,the size of the organization within the enterprise is shrinking,Grass-roots management positions in the management of a growing proportion.With the development of modern technology,the main daily work of grass-roots managers: organization,planning and control has been replaced by modern science and technology,and the focus of work has gradually shifted to the leadership,then the new generation of employees in China also put forward higher requirements for the leadership of grass-roots managers.This text takes A Company(which belongs to electronic manufacturing industry)as the research object,analysis of the Human Resources situation of the Grass-roots managers of the Company.It is found that the number of managers at the grass-roots level is high in the company,and the proportion of technical managers is high too.Education is not bad,staff turnover rate is low,it is important to improve the leadership of grass-roots managers.This text puts forward a "one to multi" model with high combat effectiveness with grass-roots managers as team leaders.?Based on the research on leadership and leadership theory,according the questionnaire then Statistical analysis of data,Assess the overall leadership power of the A company's grass-roots managers is not so excellent,On the one hand such as: communication influence,Weak performance in team management and values in general,on the other hand such as: Professional ability,analytical decision-making and good performance in execution.At meantime,it also analyzed the reasons for why the weak level of leadership capability mainly from the corporate culture,system and grass-roots manager themselves?Finally,with the analysis results,a more comprehensive and systematic leadershipimprovement scheme for grass-roots managers is put forward: evaluation,improvement scheme design,scheme implementation and effectiveness evaluation.During the process design,the training design matrix and leadership training programs at the company and individual levels are innovatively designed.The research logic of this paper is based on the theory and the actual situation,the research object of leadership is an important group to exert leadership in the future,and it has practicability.Therefore,the research in this paper has a practicability for A company,and it is also worth drawing lessons from to promote the leadership of other enterprises in electronic manufacturing industry at the grass-roots level.
