Research On The Demand,willingness And Supply Mechanism Of Paid Agricultural Science And Technology Service

With the reform of China's market-oriented economic system,the unsuccessful agricultural science and technology service system has one or the other shortcomings.For example,the demand and supply of agricultural science and technology services are not equal,and the needs of some farmers cannot be met.The supply mechanism is not perfect.As a means of resource allocation,the marketization mechanism plays an increasingly important role in China's agricultural development.The main research purpose of this study is to study the demand willingness and supply mechanism of paid agricultural science and technology services.Through literature research,the status quo of agricultural science and technology services in China is analyzed.Using questionnaires and binomial regression analysis to conduct an empirical study on the willingness to demand for paid agricultural science and technology services,and analyze the influencing factors,it is concluded that farmers have a strong willingness to pay for agricultural technology services,and the factors affecting demand will be: cultivated land Area,annual household income,and technical inducement.Innovatively using Coase's transaction cost theory to analyze the vertical boundary of the supply of paid agricultural science and technology services,and using Williamson et al.'s corporate boundary theory to explore and analyze the horizontal boundary problem of paid agricultural technology services.Relevant feasibility suggestions are proposed for the supply mechanism of paid agricultural science and technology services: the government should determine its functional orientation in the paid agricultural science,technology service supply mechanism,increase capital investment and policy support,establish a sound feedback supervision and guarantee mechanism.To clarify the scope of supply capacity of the market;scientific research institutions should also increase investment in research and development;strengthen information exchange between government,market,and farmers.Figure18;Table23;Reference 59.
