Study On Agricultural Modernization Measurement And Development Path Of Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone

Agricultural modernization is an important part of China's goal of achieving socialist modernization and is the foundation and support for national modernization.For a long time,China's agricultural modernization development level has lagged behind developed countries.Dongting Lake is the second largest freshwater lake in China.It is called “the land of fish and rice” and “the granary of the world”,which is related to the ecological security,water security and national food security of the Yangtze River Basin.This study selects the part of Hunan Province in Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone as the research area,constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization development level,measures the development level of agricultural modernization,analyzes the spatial evolution of agricultural modernization level by using geographic information technology,and discusses its influencing factors.On this basis,the horizontal division type of agricultural modernization is divided,and the development path of agricultural modernization in each district is proposed.(1)2001,2006,2011 and 2016 were selected as sample years,and the multi-index comprehensive measure model was used to evaluate the development level of agricultural modernization in the study area.The results show:(1)The level of agricultural modernization in the study area showed a steady upward trend,and the comprehensive index increased from 0.061 to 0.094,which entered a higher level from the medium level;and the agricultural modernization level of most counties(districts)showed a steady upward trend.Yunxi District and Pingjiang County declined slightly from 2001 to 2006,and Lixian County experienced the fastest growth,while Taojiang County had the slowest growth.(2)The level of each criterion layer shows a relatively stable growth trend,which in turn is: agricultural sustainable development level> output benefit level> material equipment level> rural social development level> agricultural technology application level.(2)The geostatistical analyst is used to explore the spatial differentiation law of agricultural modernization development level in the study area.The results show:(1)The level of agricultural modernization in the study area has spatial agglomeration,which gathers from the periphery to the middle,showing the layout law of “declining from the north central to the south,the east and the east”.(2)The high-level areas are mainly concentrated at the junction of Changde,Yueyang and Yiyang,such as the eastern part of Changde,the north of Yiyang,the west of Yueyang and Wangcheng.(3)According to the natural environment status,socio-economic status and agricultural modernization development level of each county,the hierarchical clustering method is used to divide the research area into three types,namely,the mountainous area surrounding lake(Class I area),the hilly area surrounding lake(Class II area)and the lakeside plain area(Class III area),and the development path of each area is proposed.
