A Study Of Ecological Efficiency Of Agricultural Industrial Agglomeration Around Dongting Lake Region

In April 2014,the State Council officially issued a document to approve the relevant documents of the "Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone Planning".The approval of the approval also means that the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone has entered the national development along with Changsha,Zhuzhou,Daxiangnan and Daxiangxi.Among the strategic level,this has an epoch-making significance for the overall development of the agricultural industry in Hunan Province.This study analyzes the basis of the development of agricultural industry in the Dongting Lake area,and uses the DEA model to analyze the ecological efficiency of agricultural industry in the region from a static and dynamic perspective,and compares and analyzes different regions in the region,while using the location entropy method and ESDA.The analysis method analyzes the evolution process of agricultural industrial agglomeration in the Dongting Lake area.The results show that(1)during the period of 2012-2016,the agro-ecological static comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the Dongting Lake area are generally at a high level,but there is still room for improvement in the level of agro-ecological static comprehensive efficiency.Efficiency is closer to the efficiency frontier than purely technical efficiency.(2)From the dynamic point of view,the average annual growth of agro-ecological total factor productivity in the region has made considerable progress.From the perspective of the decomposition of total factor productivity results,the changes in technological efficiency and technological progress have shown a weakening trend for the growth of agro-ecological total factor productivity.(3)Most of the location entropy is above 2,and the agricultural industry in the region shows a high degree of agglomeration.From the Moran's I scatter plot,it can be seen that the spatial distribution of the agricultural industry in the Dongting Lake region has a strong positive correlation.It can be seen from the local autocorrelation map that Jiangling County,Shishou City and Huarong County in the agricultural industry around the Dongting Lake area are in a state of high accumulation.Yueyang County,Xiangyin County and Wangcheng District showed low and low agglomeration,and the urban area of the sand showed low and high concentration.
