The application of information technology and the Internet has promoted the rapid development of e-commerce,and people's consumption concept has gradually changed qualitatively.Traditional industries are also facing new opportunities and challenges.In order to obtain and expand the living space,fresh agricultural products began to compete in the e-commerce industry.Especially after the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the state continued to properly address the issue of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”as the focus of various tasks,promote the integration of agriculture and modern technology,help support farmers in employment and entrepreneurship,and realize the strategy of “revitalizing rural areas”.aims.Sichuan Province takes this opportunity to start from the new development of economic development and promote the development of e-commerce in rural areas.Ya'an City strives to build a “last mile” channel for rural e-commerce to ensure the success of e-commerce.The e-commerce of fresh produce has become the “blue ocean” in the e-commerce sector,attracting more investors' attention.Based on the theory of electronic commerce,this paper defines the concepts of electronic commerce,fresh agricultural products,fresh electronic commerce,cold chain logistics,and introduces the related research on the uniqueness of electronic commerce,logistics,and marketing of fresh agricultural products at home and abroad.This paper analyzes thedevelopment status of e-commerce industry of fresh agricultural products in China from the aspects of industry development,market characteristics and classification of enterprises.Based on the domestic and international research results,this paper makes a study on the status quo of E-commerce Company D of fresh agricultural products and analyzes the problems.It also put forward suggestions for measures such as strengthening publicity and marketing,strengthening professional training for employees,improving logistics and distribution methods,and standardizing the source and quality of agricultural products,so as to provide feasible reference for E-business D companies of fresh agricultural products and other peers.It will provide more exploration for the future development of electrical commerce of fresh agricultural products in villages and towns.From this,we can think that in the future,the future development of E-commerce of fresh agricultural products of Company D will take the Internet mode of connecting objects as an opportunity to make great progress.
