Information technology has penetrated into all fields of national economic development.The transformation and upgrading of the "Internet +" traditional industries has injected strong impetus to economic development and led to the rapid development of the economy.In the field of agriculture,the information construction of agriculture is closely related to the development of agriculture,and it is an effective way to solve the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers.Under the guidance of national policies such as demonstration project of rural information,Jin Nong project and macro-control,each region of China has es Tablelished its own agricultural information platform.The level of rural information in the region has been greatly improved,and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.In order to promote the pace of agricultural information development in Northeast China and improve the institutional mechanism of traditional agricultural science and technology innovation,this paper,starting from the Shenyang Regional Rural Science and Technology Digital Service Platform,carries out information research.The purpose is to combine the advantages of high-tech agriculture in Shenyang,give full play to the demonstration efficiency of agricultural characteristic industries in Shenyang,and accelerate the promotion of Northeast China.The high integration of regional information and agricultural industry will play a leading and demonstration role in the future development of rural economy in Northeast China.This study consulted a large number of domestic and foreign documents,materials,books and achievements about the design and development of agricultural information platform,summarized the existing problems,drew lessons from successful experience,focused on understanding the development status of agricultural information in Shenyang region,summarized the design elements,and designed the overall structure of the platform and the main functional modules.Specific column settings of the platform,such as agricultural products prices,agricultural science and technology,are different.MVC three-tier architecture is adopted.The design concept of "high cohesion,low coupling" effectively solves the interdependence between different levels,and provides a huge space for the follow-up function expansion of the program.The platform da Tablease uses SQL Server da Tablease,which provides a complete da Tablease management system,especially seamless interface in Windows system.According to the actual needs of different columns and functions,the da Tablease has been designed to improve the efficiency of data access greatly,which guarantees the throughput of the platform and data security.The design of Shenyang Agricultural Science and Technology Digital Platform is based on Shenyang Regional Agricultural Information.It designs and designs an integrated service platform for regional agricultural economy.The platform integrates the functions of input,publication,retrieval and management of agricultural information.It greatly broadens the communication space between farmers and the outside world,and increases the vitality and momentum of agricultural economy in Shenyang.The design and development of the platform is of great practical value.
