Research On The Classification Promotion Of Shanghai Urban Modern Agriculture

Shanghai urban modern agriculture occupies a leading position in the whole country.Relying on cities and serving the city,Shanghai urban modern agriculture has made a series of significant progress in the functional development of production,living and ecology by gathering the advanced production factors of modern agriculture.In order to meet the higher functional demands of urban modern agriculture in different functional areas in Shanghai,it is necessary to further optimize the structure and function of modern urban agriculture in suburban areas by means of classified promotion.Based on the level of urban economic and social development,urban ecological environment and agricultural resource endowment,the 9 suburbs of Shanghai are classified into A,B and C by the Ward method of systematic cluster analysis.Minhang Area,Baoshan Area and Pudong New Area are Category A,Jiading Area,Jinshan Area,Songjiang Area,Qingpu Area and Fengxian Area are Category B,Chongming Area is Category C.The study suggests that the development of Shanghai urban modern agriculture should take the lead in realizing agricultural modernization as its goal,and take the supply-side structural reform as the main line,and green development as the orientation,to categorize different types of suburban urban modern agriculture,and to establish three types of suburbs with their own characteristics,the differentiation of urban modern agricultural industrial system,production system and management system,thus enhancing the overall level of urban development of Shanghai modern agriculture.The urban modern agriculture of suburban in Category A is dominated by ecological functions,optimizing life functions and weakening production functions.The suburbs in Category B are the main battlefield of modern urban agriculture in Shanghai,which focus on ensuring the supply of fresh agricultural products and the maintenance and conservation of urban ecology.Under the premise of green development,modern urban agriculture in Chongming Area of Category C mainly focuses on the development of high-quality and high value-added agricultural products with the ecological island brand effect and focuses on the development of a whole area featuring ecological landscape and islands and islands countryside tour.
