This paper constitutes multi-level invention patents portfolio to obtain risk controllable assets for securitization by using chemical industry as an example.The value of the constituted portfolio is assessed one kind of real option measure called switching option based on trinary three model.Several crucial parameters such as correlation coefficient and volatility rate have substantial influence on the assets value that are uneasy to assign a figure.Thus,a sensitivity analysis is taken to find the optimal range of said parameters.And in return the optimal range could help improve the structure of patents portfolio.Moreover,this paper provides a securitization flow chart designed for invention patent asserts based on current one.
