Research On The New Mode Of Cross-border E-commerce Logistics Supervision At Huanggang Customs

At present,research on customs supervision of cross-border e-commerce mainly focuses on funds payment,tax collection and management,and the construction of special customs supervision areas.Research on improving logistics customs clearance efficiency and logistics supervision is relatively rare.The reason for this is that cross-border e-commerce does not have a particularly large increase in the flow of goods compared to traditional trade.Its mode of transport is also similar to that of traditional trade and has not received due attention.Second is the logistics process,especially logistics supervision.The link is mainly executed by the Customs,a specialized state agency.Scholars outside the field are difficult to grasp relevant data and specific procedures,and it is difficult to find specific problems.Naturally it is difficult to conduct research in related fields;or,although relevant phenomena are analyzed,they do not understand Actual conditions and difficulties in the actual customs work supervision process cannot provide specific and effective solutions.This article is based on the "Research on the New Mode of Cross-border E-commerce Logistics Supervision by Huanggang Customs".It systematically analyzes the basic concepts and main characteristics of China's cross-border e-commerce,and discusses that the customs clearance efficiency of cross-border e-commerce logistics at Huanggang Customs is not high enough.There are hidden problems such as tax risk and hidden risks of security access risks.It expounds the urgency of innovating the cross-border e-commerce logistics supervision model of customs.Aiming at the drawbacks of the current model of logistics supervision of cross-border e-commerce supervision by Huanggang Customs,a “small information unit” model based on the Internet of Things technology was proposed,and the main operating modes and supervision features of the model were designed and analyzed.The design ideas and possible application scenarios of the new model are put forward,and more experts and scholars in this research field have been attached importance to participate in this model.The model has been constantly improved and innovated so thatcross-border e-commerce products can be quickly and steadily managed.This article mainly proposes the design idea of ? a new model of cross-border e-commerce logistics supervision using Internet of Things technology.Explained the basic concepts and design ideas of the new regulatory model.Explains the operating mode of the new regulatory model.Analyzes the problems that may be faced in the current customs clearance model that supervises the new model.Analyze the feasibility and development trend of the new regulatory model.This model can mainly find a balance between the speed of customs logistics supervision and the development speed of cross-border e-commerce in the near future.The future research direction is mainly based on the further development of the Internet of Things technology and fully utilized in the customs logistics supervision field.
