The Study Of Synergy Between Cross-border E-commerce And Cross-border Logistics

The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce drives the development of cross-border logistics industry,the latter is an important activity of the former,both of them affect each other and promote each other.The cross-border e-commerce in China is still in its primary stage presently,and its development is not mature.How to improve the coordination between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,promote their mutual benign development and avoid mutual restriction is a problem needed to be solve urgently.Combined with the development characteristics of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics compound system and the principles of evaluation index system build,the evaluation index system of the synergy degree between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics is designed preliminarily.The indexes are selected by grey relative analysis method,the evaluation index system of the compound system synergy degree is determined as follows: 2 first grade indexes are development capacity of cross-border e-commerce and service capacity of cross-border logistics,and correspondly there are 7second grade indexes and 17 third grade indexes.The relevant datas of evaluation index of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics from 2010 to 2017 are collected and processed.Based on synergetics and compound system theory,the synergy degree evaluation model of integrated system is built up.The datas are normalized and the model is solved by SPSS and Matlab softwares,the results show that subsystems' order degree of both cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics is sustained growth in China,while the compound system synergy degree remained0 ~ 0.3,which is low-level coordination and the coordinated development trend floats between increase and recession with much uncertainties.The studies show that the main reasons of the compound system synergy deficiency not only lie in the synergy deficiency inside each subsystem,but also in the conflicts and restrictions between cross-border e-commerce subsystem and cross-border logistics subsystem,thus results both subsystems could not develop harmoniously.In order to promote coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,the functions of each subsystem shouldbe improved continuously;and taking the government as the leading force,the new model of logistics should be expanded,the synergy between cross-border e-commerce and reverse logistics should be promoted,integrated internet platforms should be built utmost and the multi subject coordination should be promoted,so that the domestic market demand could be expanded furtherly to realize the coordinated development of the system's virtuous cycle.
