Agricultural science and Technology Parks in China are the products of the development of agricultural productivity and agricultural science and technology in a certain stage.Since the beginning of the twentieth century,they have appeared and developed rapidly in a new agricultural development mode,which has promoted the popularization and application of agricultural high and new technology.Now they have the bases for agricultural technology innovation and technology assembly.The transformation platform of agricultural science and technology achievements and the demonstration carrier function of modern agricultural production.Up to now,there are a total of national-level agricultural science and technology park,including Dalian Jinzhou National Agricultural Science and Technology Park and Dalian Lushun National Agricultural Science and Technology Park,respectively,belong to the second and fourth batch of list.Dalian Jinzhou National Agricultural Science and Technology Park is one of the state-level agricultural parks approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology,and passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology in December,which is the earliest national agricultural science and Technology Park in Dalian.At present,the construction of the agricultural science and technology park is an expression of the country’s new modern and mature model of agricultural development.It is a new development model with an agricultural industry system that breaks through the traditional agricultural production model and uses Dalian City to make every effort to build a modern urban agriculture.Research on industrial development and spatial layout of jinzhou agricultural science and technology park in Dalian city.Taking Jinzhou Agricultural Science and Technology Park of Dalian as the research object,this paper discusses in detail the spatial distribution pattern and industrial development ideas of modern agricultural science and Technology Park from the aspects of planning theory,idea,principle,content,thought and s trategy,and through consulting a large number of documents,field investigation and participation.Subject project,fully analyze the basic situation of the park,resource types and characteristics,using ARCGIS spatial analysis means,the status of the park in detail combed and analyzed,summed up the status of the park’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges.Based on the planning theory and method of the agricultural science and Technology Park and the current industrial foundation,this paper studies the industrial development of the park,puts forward the overall spatial layout plan of the park industry,stresses the resources,breaks the limitation of the traditional agricultural industry,introduces the creative industry,matches the service industry and realizes the agricultural science.The sustainable development of Technology Park.Finally,according to the analysis of the development risk,the strategy implementation measures are put forward to promote the effective implementation of spatial layout and industrial introduction from the top to bottom.Through the planning and construction of the industrial development and spatial distribution of the agricultural science and technology park,the development of new creative agricultural products and the promotion of new agricultural technologies have been promoted.While taking into account the local production level,the traditional agricultural production mode has been upgraded,the regional agricultural product structure has been changed,new agricultural products have been diversified and improved.The chain of commodity industry promotes the industrial development of the surrounding areas,promotes the re-development of the tertiary industry such as agricultural sightseeing and experience,and further promotes the sustainable development of society.It provides a good reference platform for the development of agricultural science and Technology Parks in Dalian and Northeast China.
