Research On The Development Of Zhoukou National Agricultural Science And Technology Park

The national agricultural science and technology park is not only a platform for the development and application of agricultural science and technology,but also an important carrier of it.Zhoukou national agricultural science and technology park(hereinafter referred to as the Zhoukou area)construction from 2015 to now,showing a good momentum of development,has been rapid development,and achieved some success,but also some problems at the same time,in perspective,other domestic excellent national agricultural science and technology park is much higher than Zhoukou park overall level.Zhoukou,this study analyzes the problems existing in the process of park development,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,not only enrich the national agricultural science and technology park research results,and for Zhoukou park,in promoting its healthy development at the same time,also for the government departments and other management institutions,put forward the method to solve the problem of other agricultural science and technology park in the province also has a practical significance for development.Based on the above background,based on the theories of growth pole,system engineering,technology-induced change and technological innovation,this paper conducts research by means of literature analysis,investigation and research,normative analysis,ahp-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other methods.The main research contents are summarized as follows:One: according to the practical situation of the Zhoukou park,from Zhoukou park and department of henan province,and summarizes the author field data as Zhoukou park development present situation,and then to normative analysis of Zhoukou park,it is concluded that Zhoukou zone existing in the development of some problems,these problems are: the construction of infrastructure of the shortage of funds,comprehensive management mode,perfect technical service system,some issues such as science and technology innovation ability is not strong;Secondly,based on the specification of Zhoukou park points very,according to the data about the development of the park in 2018 in Zhoukou,again to Zhoukou park development level of AHP and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to evaluate,the evaluation results for "good" class,specific indicators of Zhoukou park high economic benefit,social benefit is poorer,the scale of the Zhoukou park,ecological,infrastructure,organization and management,science and technology ability in the middle level;At the same time,according to the evaluation process,the seven first-level indicators of Zhoukou park are found to have problems.Thirdly,based on the successful experience of Changji,Yangling and Jinzhou agricultural science and technology parks in Xinjiang,Shaanxi and Dalian provinces,three Suggestions are put forward for the construction of Zhoukou agricultural science and technology parks.The second is to vigorously promote the application of digital agriculture;The third is to actively develop a full range of services;The fourth is the summary of normative analysis and empirical analysis,from accurate positioning in Zhoukou park construction in the development of government functions,optimizing the mechanism of the Zhoukou park,park,Zhoukou,strengthen demonstration leading role,strengthen the support of leading enterprises in Zhoukou park four aspects,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of Zhoukou park.
