Nowadays,with the increasingly fierce competition in the market,private family enterprises in China are constantly developing and changing,and both opportunities and challenges coexist.As an important part of enterprise management,human resources management will have a great impact on the strategic direction and organizational structure of enterprises.Under the situation of Sino-US trade war,private family enterprises are facing a greater impact.Because of the inherent shortage of human resources management and the defects of management system in private enterprises,it is urgent to find and solve problems.This paper takes "JS Group" as an example to analyze,and describes the macro environment and human resources management status of JS Group.At the same time,through data analysis,questionnaire survey and other ways to diagnose the current problems of human resources management in JS Group.Based on the theoretical research and enterprise practice of salary management,recruitment management and training management at home and abroad,this paper studies the human resource management problems of JS Group and puts forward some solutions.The first chapter mainly analyses the research background,research significance,methods and routes;the second chapter reviews the literature and theoretical basis,through the research and analysis of relevant theories and practices at home and abroad in recent years to lay a theoretical foundation for the latter chapter;the third chapter describes the two stages of human resources development of JS Group and the current situation of human resources management of enterprises;the fourth chapter through questions.Volume data analysis summarizes the main problems of JS Group's human resources management;Chapter 5 proposes solutions to the three modules of recruitment,salary and training with serious problems;Chapter 6 summarizes the full text,next work and future research prospects.
