In recent years,benefiting from the good momentum of China's overall economic development,the family business has been rapid growing.To sustain development,the family business must improve their management level and core competitiveness.Employees recruitment is an important function in the process of human resource management.It plays an important role in human resource management planning and other functions of human resources management.The normal operation of recruitment management is not only a prerequisite for the normal work of human resource management but also to protect the organization of the production activities of the normal management of the work.The effectiveness of the recruitment of core employees of the family business has affected the employee's job satisfaction and the performance of the enterprise's production and operation.So,the perfection of its core staff recruitment management has become a problem to be solved.Based on the family business Company Y as the research object,researching the current situation of the company's core staff recruitment management,analyzing and sorting the research results,combing out the characteristics of the company's core staff recruitment management,meanwhile,according to these characteristics,find out the company's core staff recruitment management problems of development and management.According to the best of master relevant theoretical knowledge,the author put forward the improving strategy of the core staff recruitment management perfect.In the process of writing,the author tried to have the relevant knowledge applied to Company Y's core staff recruitment management practice,to help enterprises for better development.Based on the combination of theory and practice,under the guidance of theoretical basis and reference concrete company,using the WINGS method,the article hopes to point with surface,to all the family enterprises for reference in core staff recruitment management.
