X Group Recruitment Problem Diagnosis And Improvement Research

The recruitment work of enterprise personnel is an essential prerequisite and a work basis of human resources work,and an important guarantee of achievement,performance and results.The influence of recruitment work on the enterprises and groups is complete,continuous and permanent,even significant and decisive.This paper adopts some basic theories of human resources management,analyzes the problems and related reasons of recruitment and screening process in X Group,and lucubrates how X Group establishes its recruitment and screening system.This paper analyzes the related theories of human resources management and recruitment and screening of staff,then focuses on the importance of recruitment and screening of staff in human resources.It also thoroughly analyzes all sorts of problems of X Group in recruitment work at the present stage,and points out that improving the recruitment process and optimizing selection method is the basic premise to increase effective recruitment in human resources planning strategy.A detailed analysis is given in 3 points.First,before the recruitment work,fully acquaint the labor requirements and make a scientific recruitment plan.Second,during the recruitment work,reasonable and effective recruitment process,scientific evaluation tools for screening of staff,and reasonable recruitment channels are needed to carry out the recruitment work.Third,at the end of recruitment work,make an effective evaluation and analysis for improvement and perfection.This paper also emphasizes some other problems in recruitment,such as a good atmosphere in the enterprise and the openness and transparence in recruitment process,especially the human resource storage will greatly improve the efficiency of recruitment work and the success rate of recruitment.
