Risk Management Of International Project For Telecommunication Enterprise

As China's informatization construction becomes more and more mature,the development of domestic informatization has gradually entered a peak period.Under the increasingly fierce domestic competition,more and more companies are starting to follow the national strategy of “One Belt and One Road” to participate in the construction of international projects.International projects have a certain degree of risk in all aspects in accordance with the comprehensive influence of various factors such as the political situation,economic development,and cultural practices.It is necessary to analyze various factors and strengthen the risk management of the project.Risk management is an important part of project management.Enhancing and strengthening the management of project risks is an important task for telecommunications companies which could improve the level of project risk management.Based on the actual situation of telecommunication engineering projects implemented by Nanjing LES Information Technology Co.,Ltd.in Kenya,this paper identifies various risks that may occur and analyzes them according to different situations of risk.Based on the analysis and summary,the corresponding measures are proposed to avoid risks and reduce the losses caused by risks,so that the research in this paper will have guiding significance for follow-up companies in the specific practice of Kenya's international projects.The paper comprehensively introduces the six processes of project risk management,and describes theoretically the project's risk management planning,risk identification,risk qualitative analysis,risk quantitative analysis,risk response planning,and risk monitoring and control.Based on the analysis of the project risk management theory and the actual project management process,the entire process of communication project risk management is discussed in depth.
