The LTE Engineering Project Risk Management Research Of China Telecommunication

The engineer project is an un-repeatable task with defined resources and schedule. The project risk is the impact to the target which is caused by the unexpected factor during the project construction. The project risk management, as one of the nine key management knowledge field, is very important to successfully delivery project. Carrying out project risk study with scientific methods and tools is essential to maximum the positive factor and minimum the negative factor therefore achieve the expected project target.This thesis did the study on the external factor, internal factor and force majeure of the A telecommunication LTE engineering project during the design, construction and operating strategy writing based on the project risk management methods, tools, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, provided reasonable plans and methods to avoid, eliminate or transfer the risk therefore achieve the expected quality, schedule and cost.The author summarized the successful experience and the key technology from this telecommunication LTE protect, which can be used for similar project in the future.This thesis introduced the basic knowledge of the project risk management firstly, then analyzed the project risk of a local telecommunication network LTE engineering project, and then provided reasonable solutions and suggestions to control the project schedule, scope, quality and cost, and then summarized the successful experience from the project practice which can be referred by other similar projects.
