A Research About Professional Ability Development And Ethical Behavior Of Vegetable Seeds Industry Staff

This thesis researching on the ethical behavior of employee and its influence factors in vegetable seeds industry,in order to find the management suggestions about how to reduce unethical behavior of the employee,this paper study from professional ability development,analyze the moderating effects of ethical climate for organizational identification and the intermediary role of organizational identification for professional ability development and ethical behavior.In the first place,deep analysis the development history,current situation and features of vegetable seeds industry,and then present the unethical behaviors of the staff in sales department,research department and production department,and reduce unethical behavior will encourage foreign investment and to boost confidence of domestic company invest in product research and development,and will accelerate the development of vegetable seeds industry.From employee's perspective,suppose that there is negative correlation between professional ability development and unethical behavior,the interview with several sample support this assumption,and collect the dada through questionnaire survey and analyze the data through SPSS and AMOS to prove it.Analyze the data from 98 valid questionnaires,we prove the assumption that professional ability development has negative correlation with unethical behavior,has positive correlation with organizational identification,caring and principal ethical climate have moderated effects on the positive correlation between professional ability development and organizational identification.The data doesn't support the assumption that there is a negative correlation between organizational identification and unethical behavior,and the intermediary role of organizational identification between professional ability development and unethical behavior is not significance,self-interest ethical climate has no significance moderated effects on the positive correlation between professional ability development and organizational identification.The company should pay more attention about employee's career growth,the employee development will promote the development of the company,provide training,improve capacity,career planning will reduce employee's unethical behavior and protect the benefit of vegetable seeds company.
