Research On The Impact Of Business Model Design Of Patent Entrepreneurship On Innovation Performance

Under the background of implementing the strategy of strengthening the country of intellectual property and encouraging the development of innovation and entrepreneurship,patent entrepreneurship has become one of the most general forms of commercialization of patented technology.As a key influencing factor of patent entrepreneurship,business model design plays a vital role in the development of entrepreneurial enterprises.In the era of the digital economy,market competition has intensified,technology innovation cycle has been shortened,update iteration speed of technology has accelerated,and simulations of advantages have increased the difficulty of patent entrepreneurship,and the patent itself has the characteristics of scarcity,exclusivity,regionality and time.And the difficulty of obtaining complementary assets required for patent commercialization poses challenges for patent entrepreneurship,and also provides opportunities for innovation in business models.How to design a matching business model in combination with its own patented technology characteristics to enhance the innovation performance is a key issue that needs to be focused at present.This paper first analyzes the connotation of patent entrepreneurship by combining the relevant theories and literatures of entrepreneurship,technology entrepreneurship and patent commercialization,and constructs the research framework of patent entrepreneurship.Then based on the constructed patent entrepreneurship research model,the five characteristics of patent entrepreneurship are summarized from the intellectual property attributes and grant conditions of patents.Based on the shortcomings in the existing research,this paper attempts to analyze the antecedents and consequences of business model design.On the one hand,through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of patent entrepreneurship,the key influencing factors affecting the design of patent entrepreneurial business model are summarized,and the influence of key influencing factors on the design of business model is analyzed.On the other hand,the influence of key factors is combined with customers.From the perspectives of value proposition,value creation and value acquisition form a model for the impact of patent entrepreneurial business model design on the innovation performance.Finally,combined with typical cases for analysis and argumentation.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions: In the early stage of business model design,Customer value proposition that combined with patent characteristics is the basis of enterprise value creation and acquisition.The acquisition of patents and complementary assets in key resources is important for the improvement of initial innovation performance of enterprises.Role;the construction of the cooperative network and the patent layout in the business model design are beneficial to the acquisition of the competitive advantage and the risk avoidance of the enterprise.It is an indispensable important activity of the patent entrepreneurship;the development of the patent entrepreneurial activity cannot be separated from the support of the government policy,the business of the enterprise Mode design has a certain guiding role,and will also have an impact on the company's technology research and development route and commercialization path;digitalization has a significant advantage in guiding the design of patent entrepreneurial business model and improving the innovation performance of enterprises.The synergy between digital technology and patent technology can be Innovative enterprise business model design;patent entrepreneurial enterprises should be able to adjust their business models in time and in combination with technology updates inside and outside the enterprise to ensure the matching and coordination of patent technology and business model,would better play the value of patents.
