Customer collaborative innovation,as a new and developing way with great potential and application potential,has played an important role for enterprises to improve their innovation ability,innovation efficiency and product competitiveness in recent years.However,this kind of collaborative innovation between heterogeneous subjects,on the one hand,due to the participation of the main innovation more background knowledge and different interest demands that collaborative innovation efficiency is not high,on the other hand,because of the creative achievements are presented in the form of patent,patent protection relates to income distribution form is more complex.Therefore,this paper based on systematically researching domestic and international collaborative innovation,cooperative innovation,product innovation,patent protection,income distribution,and related theories and methods,from the perspective of patent protection,using contract theory,game theory,mechanism design,improved Douglas production function model,analyzed the distribution mechanism of customer synergistic innovation spillover and the influence of related factors.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,it elaborates on the theoretical methods of customer collaborative innovation,profit distribution,commercialization of patents,and spillover benefits.It also briefly introduces the key influencing factors of customer collaborative innovation and lays a theoretical foundation.Secondly,it analyzes the mechanism of customer collaborative innovation and reveals its working principle.Based on the analysis of typical organizational structure characteristics,it concludes that customer collaborative innovation is a threedimensional,multi-dimensional organization composed of behavioral,organizational,and task layers.On the basis of the integrated customer collaborative innovation principle and organizational structure,a collaborative working mechanism for customer innovation was constructed.Under the background of patent commercialization options,taking into account the dual role of customer collaborative innovation in the driving factors of the main body and external environmental factors,the customer collaborative innovation mechanism of patented commercial options was constructed.In view of the spillover benefits generated by the effective synergy of the customer,this paper analyzes the influence factors,the distribution principle,the income composition of the customer synergy innovation and the interest demand analysis of the participants,and constructs the customer cooperative innovation spillover distribution of the patent commercial options based on the benefit sharing,encouraging innovation and enhancing the organizational cohesion,balancing individual interests and organizational interests.Mechanism.Thirdly,according to the paving of the theoretical and mechanism research in the above chapter,the paper uses the improved extended Douglas production function to establish the mathematical model of spillover income.And based on the perspective of the patent option fee,it establishes four kinds of spillover income distribution model of patent option,fixed patent option,fixed prepaid patent option and mixed patent option,and the expectation spillover of the model.The utility of income and income is analyzed in depth.Finally,we use Matlab R2014 a to analyze and calculate the influence of key contract parameters and coordination parameters on customer and enterprise input under different distribution methods.The results show that the fixed patented option fee and the fixed prepaid option fee can better promote the customer's investment under the lower investment of the enterprise,however,the royalty rate and the mixed patent option fee are the largest input of the enterprise,and the customer only starts to invest when the premium for royalty options reaches a high percentage.The influence of synergy on customers is directly proportional to the investment of enterprises in the four ways of income distribution,but has no effect on the investment of enterprises.
